Returns & Refund Policy
At Atelier Voren, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we are here to help.
Return Eligibility
- You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
- Items that have been worn, altered, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for return.
How to Initiate a Return
1. Contact our support team at info@ateliervoren.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Our team will respond within 24 hours with return instructions and a return address.
3. Ship the item(s) back to us using a trackable shipping method.
4. Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund.
Return Shipping Costs
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of items sent without tracking.
- Any applicable customs duties or taxes on return shipments are the responsibility of the customer.
Refund Processing
- Refunds are processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item(s).
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
- Please allow an additional 3–5 business days for the refund to appear on your bank or credit card statement, depending on your financial institution.
Partial Refunds
- In certain situations, we may offer a partial refund if you would like to keep the item rather than return it. Contact us at info@ateliervoren.com and we will do our best to find a solution.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at info@ateliervoren.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
- We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Exchanges
- We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different size or product, please initiate a return and place a new order.
Non-Returnable Items
- Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.
- Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return.
