What is Shipping Protection?
Shipping Protection covers your order against loss, theft, or damage during transit. When you add Shipping Protection at checkout, we take full responsibility for your package from the moment it leaves our warehouse until it arrives at your door.
What does it cover?
- Lost packages — If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, or if tracking shows no movement for an extended period, we will reship or refund your order.
- Stolen packages — If your package is confirmed delivered but has gone missing from your delivery location, we will reship or issue a full refund.
- Damaged items — If your item arrives visibly damaged, we will replace it at no extra cost.
How do I make a claim?
Simply contact us at support@ateliervoren.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date. Include your order number and a brief description of the issue. We aim to resolve all claims within 2 business days.
What if I did not add Shipping Protection?
Orders without Shipping Protection are subject to the carrier’s standard liability, which can be limited. We always recommend adding Shipping Protection for complete peace of mind, especially for higher-value orders.
Cost
Shipping Protection is available for a flat fee of 37 kr per order, regardless of order size. It is a small price for full coverage on every item you order.
