At Atelier Voren, we offer a variety of secure payment methods to make your shopping experience as smooth as possible. All transactions are processed securely through encrypted connections.

All payments are processed in Danish Krone (DKK)
Payment Security
- All transactions are processed through Shopify Payments, a PCI-DSS compliant payment provider.
- Your payment details are encrypted using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology and are never stored on our servers.
- We do not have access to your full credit card or debit card details.
When Is Payment Taken?
- Payment is taken at the time your order is placed.
- Your order will only be confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.
Pricing and Currency
- All prices on our website are displayed in Danish Krone (DKK) and include VAT where applicable.
- If you are paying from a non-DKK bank account, your bank may apply a currency conversion fee. This fee is determined by your bank and is outside of our control.
Failed Payments
- If your payment fails, your order will not be processed. Please verify your payment details and try again, or use an alternative payment method.
- If you continue to experience issues, please contact your bank or reach out to us at info@ateliervoren.com for assistance.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
- Please allow 7 business days for us to process your refund after receiving the returned item(s), plus an additional 3–5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

- We reserve the right to cancel any order that we suspect may be fraudulent.
