At Atelier Voren, we offer free shipping on all orders to Denmark. Below you will find everything you need to know about our shipping process.
Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
- You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a second email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Times
- Estimated delivery time: 7–12 business days after your order has been shipped.
- Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and external factors such as customs processing or carrier delays.
Shipping Cost
- Free standard shipping on all orders. No minimum order required.
Order Tracking
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package.
- You can also track your order at any time by visiting our tracking page.
Customs and Import Duties
- Orders shipped within the European Union are not subject to additional customs or import duties.
What if my order is delayed?
- If your order has not arrived within 15 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation, please contact us at info@ateliervoren.com and we will investigate the status of your shipment.
What if my package is lost or damaged?
- If your package appears to be lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@ateliervoren.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with our shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
